Executive Sales Planning Sessions

Register to be an ESPS Host • View List of Attendees and ESPS Hosts

During the Executive Sales Planning Sessions, you’ll schedule private, one-on-one business meetings with the partners that are most important to your business strategy. It’s not as rushed as speed-dating, but the principles are similar, allowing you to meet with several people in one day, without having to travel to multiple destinations.

How ESPS works:

  • NFDA Associate and Service Provider members book suites at the Galt House Hotel in order to host private appointments
  • Registered meeting attendees book appointments in advance with the hosts of their choice by using an online scheduling tool
  • The schedule can accommodate up to 13, 25-minute appointments on Tuesday, June 28.
  • Once you have registered for the annual meeting, you will be emailed information on how to schedule and view appointments.  If you did not receive that information please contact the NFDA office.

Designed to facilitate executive-level interchange between trading partners, ESPS gives you the greatest amount of visibility and provides scheduling flexibility with the most companies in a single place.

 ESPS Hosts:

  • Companies that wish to be available for ESPS appointments are required to pay the $250 ESPS host fee.
  • Only NFDA members are eligible to be ESPS hosts.
  • The ESPS host fee is in addition to the individual registration fees for your personnel who will attend the meeting and/or host appointments.
  • By accepting ESPS appointments you agree to the publication of your suite number so meeting attendees will know where their appointments will take place.
  • At the Galt House Hotel, ESPS hosts will need to book an Executive Room in the Suite Tower.  The attached sitting area will be where you will host your appointments.

  ESPS Appointment Policies

All registered attendees will be able to request appointments with the companies of their choice using our online scheduling tool.  It’s quick and easy.

  •  NFDA members will be able to make appointments starting April 18. Non-members can make appointments starting May 16.
  • The NFDA ESPS scheduling program is to be used for published ESPS appointment times only (June 28, 9:00 am – 12:30 pm and 2:30 – 5:30 pm).
    • You may not schedule appointments while other NFDA events are taking place.
    • If you wish to schedule appointments at any other times outside of our published schedule, you can do so on your own, but you are not permitted to use NFDA’s scheduling software for these appointments.
    • The NFDA office will delete any appointment slots listed on an ESPS host’s schedule if they do not fit into the published ESPS appointments time frame.
  • ESPS hosts may block some time slots on their schedules for certain customers or prospects, but hosts should NOT create appointments for these customers/prospects without first getting their consent.
  • ESPS hosts may not create appointments on the scheduling program for persons who are not registered to attend the annual meeting.

You may want to set aside time to experience a self-guided tour, the Urban Bourbon Trail. There are several distilleries in walking distance of the Galt House Hotel and while not all the producing distilleries have public tours, most of them do.

Each distillery practices the art of making bourbon just a little different and you will find a unique experience in the sights, sounds and tastes of each tour as you take in the magic that is making whiskey.
