Chattanooga-based Bolts & Nuts Corp. has acquired Macon, Georgia’s Industrial Fastening of Macon. Other than its Macon location, the company has locations in the state as well as Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska and Illinois. Bolts & Nuts  has a customer base in 40 states, Mexico and Europe. 

Jim Watson, the CEO of Industrial Fastening of Macon, believes this acquisition will prove to be advantageous. “In combining with Bolts & Nuts, our team acquires the advantages of global scale while marrying up with a company whose core values are focus on delivering value to our four key stakeholders: customers, team members, community and suppliers,” said Watson.

The Macon facility will continue to be a full stocking location to distribute fastener, specialty, and MRO parts to manufacturers in Georgia.
