Innovative Components Inc. and Componentes Innovadores Limitada for an undisclosed cash
consideration.

Essentra plc is a UK-based company listed on the London Stock Exchange, and its Components division is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of low cost, essential plastic and metal components. With operating units in 29 countries, Essentra Components serves a very broad customer base with a rapid supply of products for a variety of applications, in industries such as equipment manufacturing, automotive, fabrication, electronics and construction. Knobs and Handles has been a focus among the Essentra product categories, so the combination of Innovative Components with the Essentra Components division is an important strategic development for Essentra. Together we are very well-positioned to continue to meet (if not beat) the needs and expectations of our existing customers and to target attractive new business opportunities – which is very exciting.
For the time being, Essentra Components and Innovative Components will continue to operate as separate brands, and our order to cash process will be unchanged. As we integrate our two organizations it is of highest priority that things remain “business as usual” for our customers.
