We are excited to announce that effective January 31, 2020 National Threaded Fasteners (NTF) has been purchased by Earnest Machine. The owners of both companies have been friends for many years and the timing is right for this transition.
What does this mean for you?
Earnest will continue to deliver products and services that you have purchased from NTF. We will be closing the facility in Perry, Ohio on February 12, 2020 and moving the inventory and operations to Earnest facilities in Indianapolis and Atlanta. This move will happen from February 13 to 19, 2020.
We know this will cause a service interruption for our customers and will do our best to keep it
as short as possible.
Over the years you have most likely worked with Kathy Marazzi and Niki Muenz. They will both continue to work with Earnest and support the transition.
All phone calls and emails will be automatically forwarded effective February 13, 2020. Beginning Feb 13, 2020 all POs should be issued to Earnest Machine (contact info below). Invoices dated February 12, 2020 and prior should be remitted to NTF.
Please reach out to us with any concerns or questions you have and we will get things sorted
out right away.
