The July 2021 FCH Sourcing Network’s monthly Fastener Distributor Index (FDI) rebounded moderately reading 59.6 after its drop to 55.8 in June. The manufacturing sector grew in July, with the overall economy notching a 14th consecutive month of growth, says the nation’s supply executives in the latest Manufacturing ISM® Report On Business®.
The FDI is a monthly survey of North American fastener distributors, conducted by the FCH Sourcing Network and RW Baird with support from the National Fastener Distributors Association.
