Bossard successfully concludes the acquisition of the Aero Negoce International Group
Zug, September 26, 2024 – The Bossard Group successfully concluded the acquisition of the French Aero Negoce International (ANI) Group announced on July 24, 2024.
Aero Negoce International SAS, founded in 1993 and headquartered in Béziers, France, employs 33 people and expects net sales of around EUR 25 million for the current financial year. ANI is a leading French distributor of fastening solutions and provider of logistics services in the aerospace industry. The company also has locations in the USA and in Malaysia.
Through this acquisition, Bossard significantly expands its market presence in the strategically important aerospace industry and in France. In combination with Bossard Aerospace, the Group becomes a leading provider of fastening systems and logistics services in the European aerospace industry. With the completion of this acquisition, Bossard takes another significant step in the strategic implementation of becoming a globally leading distributor for fastening solutions in the aerospace industry.
