Irving, TX-based PrimeSource, one of the largest construction fastener companies and building products distributors in the U.S., announced Thursday it has acquired Northeast Wholesale (NEW), a distributor of fasteners, tools and other building materials throughout the U.S. Northeast. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
